Purpose
Our purpose is to bring the members of this ministry together to further develop and strengthen our relationship with JESUS, as well as with each other, so that we may better equip ourselves to share the message of CHRIST with the world, while using our spiritual gifts of the trades and crafts to edify the body of CHRIST.

Ministry Strategy
To have frequent fellowship, steadfast personal and group prayer, and open dialogue within our ministry as we seek to tackle the many needs of maintaining and improving our Father’s house.  We also seek to extend our reach outside the walls of the church and into the community at large as well as meet the needs of the members of Montco. 

Core values
Fellowship - A primary focus of Montco’s ministry strategy is fellowship. We will have frequent meetings and other functions so that a common bond can be formed between our members.

Prayer - GOD allows us this wonderful way to communicate with him and to lay our joys, concerns, problems, etc, on HIM. We will develop a prayer list among our members and encourage each other to pray individually and corporately for those needs and concerns.

Witness - As we grow in JESUS together, we trust that GOD will provide us opportunities to spread HIS Gospel to the world. What greater charge is there than to share HIS love and grace with the lost?

Stewardship - It is our mission and privilege to administer to the affairs of our Masters’ household.

Commitment - GOD is careful to remind us that when we say we are going to do something, we should do it. That lesson will not be lost in with our ministry. We will be depended on by various groups and ministries from time to time, and a commitment by this ministry is not to be taken lightly.  James 5:12
